GRAND BULWAR APARTMENT
The Grand Bulvar apartment building is a unique project to revitalize an old military building, not only on the scale of Toruń. The facility is located in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, in a quiet place near parks and the Vistula boulevard.
This extraordinary facility is a combination of non-standard architecture with over 120 years of history. The building has amazing 120 m2 terraces and multi-level apartments.
Grand Bulvar received the Top Builder 2021 award in the investments category.
CAPS and SLIM lighting luminaires were used in the project.
